Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
In short: your voice and your recordings never leave your phone. Paza has no accounts and Damurka runs no server that receives your data. The app uses Google services for ads, purchases, crash reports and usage statistics, as set out below.
Who we are
Paza is an Android app made by Damurka ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Paza app (package com.damurka.paza) and this website.
Your voice and the microphone
Paza asks for the microphone permission because playing your voice on a speaker is what the app does. While the microphone is live, the sound is processed on your phone, in memory, and sent to the speaker you chose. It is not stored, and it is not sent to Damurka or to anyone else.
The microphone is only used while you have switched it on. Android shows its microphone indicator, and Paza shows a notification, for as long as it is on.
Recordings
Paza records only when you tap Record. Recordings are saved as audio files in the Recordings/Paza folder on your phone. They stay there until you delete them, and they are not uploaded anywhere by Paza. If you share a recording, it goes to the app you choose and is then covered by that app's own policy.
Speakers and Bluetooth
Paza plays sound through the speakers already connected to your phone. It does not scan for nearby devices, does not use your location, and does not collect the names of your devices.
Settings
Your choices in the app, such as the voice effect and volume, are stored on your phone only.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of Paza shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information, your Android advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads, in order to show and measure ads. Depending on where you live and the choices you make, ads may be personalised.
Where the law requires it, Paza asks for your consent before any ad is requested, and you can change your answer at any time under Settings > Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
You can choose to watch a video ad to try Paza Pro for 30 minutes. The same AdMob data handling applies to that ad.
Paza Pro has no ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Crash reports and usage statistics (Firebase)
Paza uses Google Firebase to help us keep the app working well:
- Firebase Crashlytics collects a crash report and diagnostic information about your device (such as its model, Android version and the state of the app) when Paza closes unexpectedly or a fault is detected. This is essential to keeping the app working, so it runs at all times, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable. If you are in the EU or UK and want to object, contact us at the address below.
- Firebase Analytics collects usage data that does not identify you, such as which pages and features are used, along with general device information and an app-instance identifier.
- Firebase Performance Monitoring collects timing information, such as how long the app takes to start, together with general device information.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring are optional and controlled together by "Help improve Paza" in Settings. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, where the law requires your consent, they are off until you turn them on. Elsewhere they are on until you turn them off. A change takes effect immediately.
None of these services receives your voice or your recordings. They are operated by Google; see Firebase's Privacy and Security page.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Paza Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google tells the app only whether your Google account owns Paza Pro. Purchases and refunds are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policy.
Contacting us
If you email us, for example with "Report a problem" in Settings, we receive your email address and whatever you write. The app adds its version and your phone's model and Android version to the draft, which you can remove before sending. We use this only to reply and to fix the problem.
We do not sell your data
Damurka does not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only data that leaves your phone is what is described above: ad, crash and usage information sent to Google's AdMob and Firebase services, and purchase confirmation from Google Play.
Keeping and deleting data
Uninstalling Paza removes its settings from your phone. Your recordings are ordinary files and stay until you delete them. Data held by Google's services is kept according to Google's own retention periods; Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days. To ask about data linked to your device, email us.
Children
Paza is a general tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will deal with it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
